Sun up. City buzz. Birds sing. Cars beep. In the park, a lady in a bright cape ties her shoe. She is Super Dot. She is kind. She is fun.
A small cat mews on a wall. "Meow," says the cat. Dot smiles. She picks up the cat. "Hello," she says. The cat purrs. "Purr, purr."
A loud clink! A big cake rolls down the street. "Oh!" says Dot. The cake wobbles. "Toc-toc!" goes the cake on a bin. People point. "Look!" they say.
Dot runs. Her cape flaps. "Hop!" she jumps. She does a quick spin. Spin! Spin! She catches the cake on a spoon. Cake squish. "Plop!" says the cream. Dot laughs. "We will help," she says.
A little boy drops his toy truck in a pond. "Uh-oh," says the boy. Dot bends. She uses a big leaf. "Swoosh!" The truck wiggles out. The boy claps. "Yay!" he shouts. Dot waves. "Go, truck!" she says.
Sudden splash! A duck slips on a soap bubbles pile. "Flap!" says the duck. Dot runs with a soft towel. She dries the duck. The duck shakes. "Quack!" The duck is glad.
Next, a kite gets stuck in a lamp post. "Tug, tug," says the kite string. Dot pops a small bubble with a gentle poke. "Pop!" The kite flies free. A girl hugs Dot. "Thank you," she says. Dot bows. "You are welcome," Dot says.
A tiny dog chases its tail and gets dizzy. "Round and round," it goes. Dot spins with the dog. They stop. The dog sits. "Woof!" The dog wags.
Evening comes. The city lights blink. Dot checks her bag. She gives cakes to the park friends. They munch. "Nom, nom." Laughter rings like bells. Dot smiles big. She puts the cat on her lap. The cat purrs. All is calm.
Dot tucks the toys, the kite, and the towel away. She waves to the city. "Good night," she says. All wave back. Everyone sleeps safe and warm.
Kind acts are small superpowers that make big smiles.
