Once upon a time, in a kind, twinkly kingdom, Princess Poppy wore a little crown that went “ping!”
That morning, she tip-toed into the castle hall. The floor was shiny. The air smelled like warm buns. And the Magic Fountain began to giggle.
“Gloop-glip!” said the fountain.
Princess Poppy blinked. “Hello,” she said.
“Hello!” replied a tiny fairy guard, floating by her ear. “The fountain is silly today.”
The fountain sneezed. “A-choo!”
Bubbles burst out. Pop! Pop! Pop! They bounced like round balls. One bubble landed on Princess Poppy's nose.
“Boop!” said the bubble.
Princess Poppy laughed. “My nose feels tickly!”
Then—plip!—her crown slid off and skated across the floor like a fast little duck. It went “scoot-scoot-scoot!”
“Oh!” said Princess Poppy. She ran after it. “Come back, crown!”
The crown did not mean to run. It was just very slippery with bubble shine.
A friendly frog in a bow tie hopped up. “Ribbit,” he said. “I can help.”
A sleepy wizard in soft socks waved his wand. “Zip,” he said. But the wand made a rubber chicken sound instead. “Bawk!”
Everyone laughed, even the wizard. “Oops,” he said.
Princess Poppy tried a gentle plan. She clapped, slow and soft. Clap. Clap. Clap.
The bubbles clapped too. Clap! Clap! Clap!
The crown heard the claps and slowed down. Scoot… scoot… stop.
The fairy guard floated down. “Now,” she said.
The frog nudged the crown with his nose. “Boop,” he said.
Princess Poppy picked it up and put it back on her head. “Ping!” went the crown, happy again.
The fountain gave a small, calm burble. “Sorry,” it said.
“It's okay,” said Princess Poppy. “You made us laugh.”
Soon the bubbles drifted up to the ceiling and popped, one by one. Pop… pop… pop… quiet.
Princess Poppy sat with her friends and sipped warm milk. The kingdom hummed, soft and sweet.
Moral: Gentle help and kind laughs can fix a little mess fast.
