"Think about it, Dad!" Toby's sister, Emily, chimed in, her eyes twinkling. "We could have cake with the lions and play hide-and-seek with the lemurs!"
After a bit of coaxing and several reassurances that everything would remain under control, his parents agreed. "Just make sure you plan it well," his mom said, with a knowing smile.
With the venue set, Toby enlisted the help of his best friend Max. "We're going to make this the best birthday ever!" Max exclaimed, doodling a cake on the cover of his notebook during lunch break.
Together, they hatched a plan that included a scavenger hunt through the aviary, a picnic by the penguin pond, and a final surprise that Toby was keeping under wraps.

Max burst out laughing. "It's a monkey heist!" he exclaimed, pointing to a monkey that had just tried on a party hat.
