Chapter 1: The Little Girl in the Forest

Once upon a time, in a bright and gentle forest, there lived a little girl named Lily. Lily had big, curious eyes and a heart full of kindness. She loved to pick flowers and sing songs to the birds. One sunny day, Lily decided to visit her grandma who lived on the other side of the forest.

“Off I go, to see Grandma!” she cheered, her basket swinging gently by her side.

As she walked, the tall trees whispered secrets, and the flowers giggled in the breeze. But deep in the forest, there was a big, clever wolf. His name was Wally, and he had a shiny coat and a mischievous grin.

“I wonder what that little girl is up to,” Wally thought, watching Lily from behind a bush.

Lily hummed happily, unaware of Wally's watchful eyes. She loved her grandma very much and wanted to bring her a lovely treat.

“Maybe I'll pick some sweet berries for Grandma!” she said, looking around.

Chapter 2: Wally's Trick

Wally thought to himself, “I could play a trick on her! I'll be very clever!” He ran ahead to Grandma's house and knocked on the door.

“Who's there?” Grandma called.

“It's me, your sweet granddaughter, Lily!” Wally said, trying to sound like Lily.

“Oh, come in, my dear!” Grandma opened the door, but as soon as she saw Wally, she gasped.

“Oh no, you are not my Lily!” she exclaimed.

Wally quickly ran away, and Grandma locked the door tight.

Meanwhile, Lily was still picking berries. “Oh, I hope Grandma is okay!” she said, thinking about her. She decided to take a shortcut through the bushes to reach Grandma faster.

When she arrived, she saw the door was shut. She knocked gently.

“Grandma, it's me, Lily!”

Chapter 3: The Brave Little Girl

Grandma peeked through the window. “Lily! You're back! Oh, I'm so glad!”

Lily smiled, but then she looked around. “Where's Wally?” she asked, remembering the wolf she had heard about.

“He tried to trick me! But I locked the door!” Grandma replied.

Lily thought hard. “Maybe we can trick him back!” she said with a twinkle in her eye.

They quickly made a plan. Lily took out her basket of berries and said, “Let's leave some berries outside. Wally loves berries!”

So they placed the berries on the porch and hid inside.

Wally, sneaking back, saw the shiny berries. “Oh, yummy!” he said, licking his lips.

He jumped out and grabbed the berries. But just then, Lily and Grandma popped out!

“Got you, Wally!” they shouted together.

Wally was surprised. “Oh dear! You are both so clever!”

Lily smiled kindly. “You can be our friend, Wally, if you promise to be nice!”

Wally's eyes twinkled. “I promise! I will be sweet like the berries!”

From that day on, Wally, Lily, and Grandma became the best of friends. Wally learned that being clever was not just about tricks but also about kindness and friendship.

And so, in the gentle forest, the little girl, her grandma, and the big wolf laughed and played together every day, spreading joy and giggles all around.
