Chapter 1: Spring is Here
Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Sam. Sam was three years old. He loved to play outside. One sunny morning, Sam looked out of his window. "Look, Mom! The flowers are starting to bloom!" he said with a big smile.
"Yes, Sam! It is spring!" Mom replied. "Spring is a special time. We can plant flowers in our garden."
"Can I help, Mom?" Sam asked excitedly.
"Of course! Let's go to the garden," she said.
Outside, the sun was shining bright. Sam and his mom walked to the garden. "Look at the green grass!" Sam said, running around. "And look at the little buds on the trees!"
"Yes, those are the new leaves," Mom said. "They will grow bigger and greener. And soon, we will have beautiful flowers."
"Can we plant flowers now?" Sam asked.
"Yes! Let's get the seeds," Mom replied.
They went to the shed and found a box of seeds. "Here they are!" Mom said. "These are flower seeds. We will plant sunflowers and daisies."
Sam clapped his hands. "I love sunflowers! They are tall and bright!"
Mom smiled. "Let's get our tools and start planting."
They took a small shovel and a watering can. Sam helped dig little holes in the ground. "This is fun, Mom!" he giggled.
"Good job, Sam! Now, we can put the seeds in the holes," Mom said.
Sam carefully placed the seeds in each hole. "One, two, three… all done!" he cheered.
"Now, we must water them," Mom said. "Can you help me?"
"Sure!" Sam replied. He poured water from the watering can. "Splash, splash, splash!" he laughed.
"Perfect! Now we wait for the flowers to grow," Mom said.
Chapter 2: Spring at School
The next day, Sam went to school. His teacher, Miss Lily, was happy to see everyone. "Good morning, class! Today, we will learn about spring!" she said.
"Yay!" shouted the children.
"Who can tell me what happens in spring?" Miss Lily asked.
"I saw flowers bloom!" Sam said, raising his hand.
"Good job, Sam! Yes, flowers bloom in spring!" Miss Lily smiled. "And what else happens?"
"The trees get green!" another child said.
"Exactly! And the days get warmer. In spring, we can also see baby animals," Miss Lily added.
"Like baby birds!" Sam exclaimed.
"Yes! Now, let's make a spring garden on our classroom wall," Miss Lily said. "You can draw flowers and butterflies."
Sam got busy drawing. He used bright colors. "Look at my big sunflower!" he said, showing his drawing to a friend.
"Wow, Sam! It's so pretty!" his friend replied.
After drawing, they all sang a spring song. "Spring is here, flowers cheer!" they sang together. Sam felt happy.
Chapter 3: A Beautiful Garden
When Sam got home, he rushed to the garden with his mom. "Mom! I learned about spring today!" he said.
"That's wonderful, Sam! What did you learn?" Mom asked.
"I learned about baby animals and flowers!" Sam replied.
"That's great! And look!" Mom pointed to the garden. "Our seeds are starting to grow."
Sam's eyes got big. "Really? Where?"
"Right here!" Mom said, pointing to the tiny green sprouts. "Those are our sunflowers and daisies."
"They are so small!" Sam said, bending down to look closer.
"Yes, but they will grow big and strong just like you," Mom said with a smile.
"Can we water them again?" Sam asked.
"Of course! Let's take care of our garden together," Mom replied.
Sam poured the water carefully. "Splash, splash, splash! I love our garden!" he said happily.
"You are doing a great job, Sam. Taking care of plants is important," Mom said. "It helps them grow."
"And it helps us too!" Sam added. "I love spring!"
As the sun set, Sam and his mom sat in the garden. "Spring is the best time," Sam sighed, feeling cozy.
"Yes, it is, my dear," Mom said, hugging him. "Let's keep watching our flowers grow."
And so, Sam learned that spring was a time of new life, colors, and joy. He loved helping in the garden, and he couldn't wait to see the flowers bloom. Spring was not just a season; it was a time for love, laughter, and growing together.
