Ayo, a woman with a round smiling face, hazel skin and black hair braided into a crown, wears a colorful orange-and-blue wax-pattern dress and sits at a sparkling riverbank, smiling gently with her hand toward the water; a small lost yellow-and-brown bird perches trustingly on her palm. The sandy shore has tall golden grasses, smooth stones and a large baobab in the background; warm late-afternoon light casts silver reflections on the water and soft shadows, creating a tender, peaceful scene of a reassuring woman holding a fragile bird. report a problem with this image

In a warm African village, there lived a young woman named Ayo. She loved the sun and the gentle breeze. Ayo walked to the river, her feet tapping on the soft earth. Birds sang in the trees, "Tweet, tweet," they said, happy to see her.

Ayo sat by the river. The water sparkled like tiny stars. "Hello, River," she said. The river replied with a gentle splash. Ayo loved the river. It was her friend.

One day, a small bird landed near Ayo. The bird chirped, "I am lost." Ayo smiled softly. "Come with me," she said, and the bird hopped onto her hand.

Ayo walked back to the village, carrying the bird. The sun shone bright and warm. She sang a gentle song, her voice like a soft drum. The bird listened, feeling safe and loved.

In the village, Ayo found a tree for the bird. "Here is your new home," she said. The bird chirped happily.

Ayo knew the sun would always shine, and the river would always flow.

Kindness is like the sun; it warms everyone.
